Adra has given birth to three children: Aleksander, Cara, and Adrian.
However, she has been pregnant seven times (including the aforementioned three). The first three of the remaining four were Cain's children. The first instance, he had pushed her down a flight of stairs, causing her to lose he child. In the second instance, she drank a weak acid that caused her to miscarry. Finally, the third instance with Cain's kin was when Cain brought her to a clinic.
*as a note, the three of those four all happened before Adrian's pregancy; Adrian was the first child that Adra managed to carry to full term, and that is partially why Cain left her.
The fourth instance, the child was Alastair's, but she was unable to carry them to term.
When Adrian was born, she was under the impression that he was a stillborn. She carried this guilt up until recently, when she discovered that Cain had managed to revive the boy, and raised him without her. It was when Adrian came after Adra seeking revenge from feeling abandoned did she realize that her first son was stil alive.
